When you book with DO IT Entertainment this is what you can look forward to:

*We will Meet over a coffee 1 month prior to the event to discuss timing and preferences.
Being completely happy with your planned entertainment one month before the event leaves one less thing for you to stress about leading up to your big day.
 

*Your DJ will turn up to your venue for a sound check earlier than otherwise required.
This means that, even if a technical issue is to occur, there is ample time to rectify it without affecting your day.
 

*We can organise pre-selected underlying music theme to bring your wedding to life on the night.
You can choose a particular theme to be followed between the formalities (eg. 40's jazz, smooth modern lounge, or 80s classics) to complement the style of your reception through entre' and dinner courses.
 

*Your main events on the night will be complemented with the appropriately chosen music pre-organised with you before the wedding.
This means that your entrance, cake-cutting, 1st dance, bouquet and garter throwing, and goodbye circle, all go off without a hitch to the soundtrack of your chosen songs / themes.
 

*Your dance floor will be filled with people for most of the night.
Once the formalities are over and the real celebration begins your DJ will "read" the crowd and play the music that will keep the most people on the dance floor for the rest of the night.
 

*The DJ setup consists of sound and light equipment.
This means that at appropriate times (after the formalities) the lighting effects will be aimed at your dance floor, making it even more inviting. The lighting is sound activated and moves to the music.
 

*Requests are more than welcome, in fact they are encouraged on the night.
At least 80% of the request made by yourself and your family / friends will be played. A few will be played instantly, but many will be played 5 - 20 minutes after being requested so that they can be slotted in an appropriate bracket of similar music. You may be used to DJs declining to play requests because they can often make 1 or 2 people happy (the requesters) but may clear the dance floor of the rest of the people, which would be a disaster. This will not be the case at your wedding. Requests, when played right, get even more people on the dance floor as they are the personal preferences of the people close to you. We love to mix in the music you love.
 

*Your DJ can MC for you as part of the package (NO EXTRA CHARGE).
This is optional, many people prefer to have a close friend of family member MC for their even but the option is there for you. The extra time taken with you in preparation for this will not be charged.

1. The right Experience
With 12 years of Wedding and function DJ experience, you will find that our services are well designed, work well, and are up to date. Yes, there are DJs out there with 40+ years experience, but as skilled as they might be, they are often very outdated and do not keep up with the latest music.

2. Value for money
There are DJ's that offer wedding packages near our price but not many of them include all of the features listed above at no extra charge. Besides, almost all of them will require a deposit from you immediately, which usually means you are locking in someone you are not sure you are happy with until you eventually meet down the track to discuss music (that is, if they even offer that service).
